| 摘 要： | 针对全自动液压张紧装置存在的张紧力调整滞后现象,分析其产生的原因,并对液压控制系统进行改进.在分析插装阀控制部分的工作原理的基础上,建立了数学模型,用Matlab软件进行动静态特性分析,验证流量插装阀控制单元具有比例的输入信号—输出压力特性,能实现在较大流量下对压力的控制.

| Abstract: | In view of the existing automatic hydraulic tensioning device for tensioning force adjustment lag phenomenon, analyze the reasons and the hydraulic control system is improved. Based on analysis of the working principle of cartridge valve control part of the mathematical model is set up, analyzed the dynamic and static characteristics by using the software of MATLAB, verification flow cartridge valve control unit has a proportion of the input signal and output pressure characteristics, able to control the pressure in the larger flow. |
