摘    要:核心员工作为人力资源的重心,倍受企业的关注。对核心员工的职业生涯管理,已成为人力资源管理的关键环节。怎样才算是做到成功的核心员工职业生涯的管理,是企业职业生涯管理中关注的重点,同时也是人力资源管理中的难点。本文以盐业企业核心员工为研究对象,探讨其职业生涯管理对现代盐业企业的作用和影响,对加强企业核心凝聚力和竞争力具有重要意义。

Abstract:As the focus of human resources, key staff attract much attention from the enterprises. Career management for key staff has become a key link in human resources management. How to make career management for key staff successful is the focus of the enterprises career management and also the difficulty of human resources management. By taking the key staff in salt enterprises as the study objects, this paper discusses the effect and impact of the career management to the modem salt enterprises which is of great significance to strengthen the core cohesion and competition of enterprises.
