液态沥青料位传感器的研究

摘    要:针对液态沥青粘度大、温度高、流动性差的特点,对实现其料位检测的一种新型声波测距系统的机理进行了研究.由赫姆霍茨谐振器的原理知,容器体积与其谐振频率之间存在着特定的数学关系.当谐振式传感器探头向料仓发射频率时,探头同时接收回波并由单片机检测出谐振频率.依据谐振频率值可求出料仓体积,从而求出料位.该谐振式传感器探头由动圈式高频电动扬声器、电容传声器及单片机控制板组成.其声波由电动扬声器发射,声波接收采用电容传声器.该传感器可应用在精度要求不高的固态料位、粉状料位和液位的检测.

Abstract:Aiming at some characteristics of liquid asphaltum as more viscosity, higher temperature and lesser fluidity, the principle of a new type measuring range system with sound-wave for measuring level of material of liquid asphaltum is researched. According to the mechanism of Hemhuz resonator, the special mathematical relation of between the volume of container and resonance frequency is existed. When the searching unit of resonance sensor emits a range of frequency to charging box, the searching unit soon receive the echo and detect the resonant frequency by single chip microcomputer. The volume of charging box is reckoned by means of the resonant frequency and then the level of material is also reckoned. The searching unit of sensor is composed of tweeter, capacitor microphone and micro-controllers. The tweeter emits the sound wave, then the capacitor microphone receives the echo. This new sensor can be applied to detect solid state, powdery and liquid levels of material that precision requirements are not higher.
