摘    要:制备了一系列低交联季铵树脂,并测定了它们的交换容量。考察了低交联季铵树脂作为三相相转移催化剂在乙酸苄酯等羧酸酯合成中的应用。试验结果发现,该类催化剂对酯化反应有很高的催化活性,可使羧酸酯获得良好的收率。同时考察了树脂功能基种类和交联度、催化剂用量和反应温度对酯化反应的影响。

Abstract:A series of low cross-linking tertiary ammonium resins were prepared and their exchange capacity was measured.These resins’ application to triphase-transfer catalysis for synthesizing esters was investigated in detail. The results show that they have high catalyzing-activity in the reaction of synthesizing esters such as acetic benzyl-ester,and high yield can be obtained by this new synthesis method.Meanwhile,the influences of various factors such as functional group,degree of cross-linking,amount of catalyst and temperature on the reaction were investigated.
