全国水质监测规划概述

水质监测是水资源管理与保护的重要基础。目前我国水资源紧缺,水污染严重,水质监测提供的水质信息显得尤为重要。加上新《水法》的颁布实施,对水质监测工作提出了明确的、更高的要求,因此,加强水资源管理与保护工作需要水质监测超前发展,而水质监测规划是推进水质监测事业持续发展的依据。通过对水质监测站网、能力建设、技术体系等方面的规划,预计2010年将实现站点优化布局,实现水质自动监测。

General Discussions on the National Water Quality Monitoring Plan

Water quality monitoring is fundamental for water resources management and protection.Water quality Information provided by the monitoring system is of great significance because China has scarce water resources and increasingly pol-luted water recently.The issue for enforcement of new Water Law requires clearly and highly to the work of water quality monitoring.Therefore,the development of water quality monitoring is the precondition for strengthening water resources management and protection.While water quality monitoring plan should be the base for promoting the sustainable development of water quality monitoring campaign.It is predicted that optimized layout of water monitoring stations as well as au -tomatic monitoring shall be realized in2010by means of planning networks of water quality monitoring stations,capacity building and technology arrangement.
