KS—98缓蚀阻垢剂的研制与应用

摘    要:本文简述了KS-98缓蚀阻垢剂的研制过程,合成机理和性能检测,KS-98是缓蚀成分咪唑啉衍生物,阻垢成分有机磷酸及助剂的复配物,在华北油田采油三厂里一联污水中,加量为30mg/L时,KS-98的缓蚀性能与几种常用缓蚀剂相当,而阻垢性能则与投加10mg/L常用阻垢剂时相同,KS-98和杀菌剂1227互不影响使用效果,在里一联污水站连续30天试用KS-98获得了良好的缓蚀和阻垢效果。

Abstract:The titled chemical agent is a mixture of an imidazoline derivative as corrosion inhibitory component and an organic phosphoric acid as scale inhibitory component compounded with accessories. The synthesis of KS 98 is introduced briefly and its inhibiting capacities for corrosion and scaling of the oilfield produced water from water treating plant No Li 1, the 3rd Huabei Oil Production Factory, and its compatibility with a bactericide are evaluated in laboratory with comparison with some commonly used corrosion and scale inhibitors. The trial use of KS 98 in use level 30 mg/L at water treating plant No Li 1 over 30 days appears to be successful.
