摘    要:随着有色金属工业的发展和国家环保要求的日益严格,我国有色冶炼低浓度二氧化硫烟气制酸取得了较大进展,采用常规两转两吸制酸实现自热平衡;引进WSA制酸工艺;成功开发非稳态转化制酸工艺,并得到推广应用。

Abstract:As the development in non-ferrous metal industry and increasingly stricter regulations of environmental protection, China's acid production with low-SO2 metallurgical gases gains fast development. Conventional double absorption process is adopted on a basis of autothermal equilibrium. WSA process is imported and unsteady state conversion process is successfully developed, generalized and applied.
