GJM型搅拌磨机的优化及其在石墨行业中的应用

摘    要:介绍了GJM型搅拌磨机结构、工作原理以及技术特点,根据石墨选矿工艺流程对于再磨设备的特殊需求,通过试验研究对GJM型搅拌磨机关键结构参数及运行条件进行优化,使其成功应用于石墨精选再磨工艺中。应用实践表明,GJM型搅拌磨机与其它再磨设备相比具有强化后续浮选提碳效果、降低大鳞片石墨损失率、能耗与维护成本较低等优点,是一种理想的石墨再磨设备。

Optimization of GJM stirred mill and its application in the field of graphite benefication

Abstract:This paper gave an introduction about structure, operating principle and technological characteristic of GJM stirred mill. Then, in combination with special need of regrinding units in graphite benefication, some improvements were made through experiment investigation on critical structural parameters and operating conditions of GJM stirred mill in order to better its application in graphite benefication. The industrial practice showed that GJM stirred mill could promote downstream floatation grade, reduce losses of large scale graphite and optimize the whole energy consumption. Therefore, it is an ideal regrinding unit in graphite concentration.
