基于WINCC的条形码自动比对控制系统设计

摘    要:目的设计一套应用于包装生产线的比对控制系统,达到简化控制流程、保证控制的精度与速度的目的。方法首先对系统的结构组成进行设计,然后设置硬件之间的通讯连接,最后建立数据库和编写比对程序,并通过实例对系统进行测试和对操作流程进行说明。结果该系统借助WINCC工控组态软件和SQL数据库系统可实现对生产线上产品以50个/min的速度对条形码信息进行准确读取和反馈给PLC去执行相应的操作。结论由于系统的组成硬件个数少、软件结构简单,所以可靠性高、维护方便、操作简单灵活,对不同的自动化生产线有很强的适应性。

Abstract:The work aims to design a set of alignment control system applied to packaging production line, for the purpose of simplifying control process and ensuring control precision and speed. First of all, the system structure was designed. Then, communication between hardware was set up. Finally, the database was established and the alignment program was written. Meanwhile, the system was tested and the operation process was illustrated through examples. The barcode information of the product on the production line could be read correctly by means of WINCC and SQL database at the speed of 50 products/min. Then the information was given back to PLC to perform operations accordingly. The system is of high reliability and convenient to maintain, operates simply and flexibly and has strong adaptability to different automatic production lines because of a less number of hardware and simple software structure.
