管线钢落锤撕裂试验的能量测试

摘    要:通过对国产落锤撕裂试验机能量测试系统的开发与研究,以及该系统在鞍钢化检验中心的成功应用,展示了该系统的可靠性.该系统的研制成功为定量研究各种因素对管线钢断裂韧性的影响以及从理论上研究管线钢承受冲击载荷的断裂机理提供了试验支持,提高了检验水平,健全了试验方法和手段.

Abstract:It shows the reliability of energy testing system of China made DWTT through its development and study as well as its successful application at Angang chemical inspection center.The system researched successfully gives testing supports to fix quantity study all elements affecting to the fracture toughness of pipeline steel as well as to study fracture mechanism of pipeline steel to bear impacting load,to improve the inspection level and establish testing method and means.
