| 摘 要： | 介绍了电力市场模式和发展中国家电力体制改革的基本情况。总结了其他发展中国家电力体制改革对中国电力市场化的几点启示，提出由于社会和经济发展水平低，发展中国家难以直接实现电力市场的目标模式．应选取渐进式的改革路径。

| Abstract: | The introduction of electricity market modes and the reform of electricity sector in developing countries is present in this paper. Some revealing ideas are put forword. Since developing countries have difficulty to accomplish retail competition type directly, the gradual reform path is a feasible way for market-oriented reform of electricity market in developing countries. |
