| 摘 要： | 采用饲料混毒法测定了98％杀铃脲原药对储粮害虫玉米象的胃毒毒力。测定结果表明：杀铃脲对玉米象后代具有较强的生物活性，中毒症状为：玉米象爬行缓慢，重心不稳，发生足与触角多次突发性的颤动，最后整个虫体完全静止不动，直至死亡。LC50为0．2438mg／kg，LCgo为0．8298mg／kg。

| Abstract: | The stomach toxicity of triflumuron against Sitophilus zeamais Motschulsky was determined with the diet incorporation test. Test result showed that triflumuron has strong activity to Sitophilus zeamais Motschulsky progeny with LC50=0.243 8 mg/kg, LC90=0.829 8 mg/kg. Sitophilus zeamais Motschulsky scrawled slowly and barycenter became instable, their feet and antenna shivered paroxysmally and at last the whole bodies became absolutely actionless till died after treated by triflumuron. |
