| 摘 要： | 采用树脂级对苯二甲酸(PTA)代替苯酐作为二元酸,并筛选出一种高效酯化催化剂,利用醇酸树脂溶剂法合成工艺,制备了固体分大于73%的高固体分醇酸树脂。用该树脂制备的涂料性能良好,且成本优势明显。

| Abstract: | Using resin-grade terephthalic acid(PTA) instead of phthalic anhydride as a dibasic acid,screening out an esterification catalyst of high efficiency,and adopting alkyd resin solvent synthesis process,we have prepared alkyd resin with the solid content more than 73%.Coatings made of the resin are of good performance and obvious cost advantages. |
