摘    要:副枪系统包括由达涅利康力斯开发的静态和动态控制模型,可利用最先进的手段进行生产过程控制,并给用户带来诸多好处。显著缩短的出钢周期时间可提高生产能力,既可使现有转炉增加产量,又可为新建转炉炼钢厂节省投资费用。此外还可以通过降低铁水和添加剂消耗,减少转炉耐火材料侵蚀来降低生产运行成本。

Abstract:The sublance system including the static and dynamic model as developed by Danieli Corus permits state-of-the-art control of production and offers major benefits.A significant reduction in tap-to-tap time increases production capacity allowing for increased output of existing BOF steel plants and reduced capital expenditure for new BOF shops.Additional benefits are cost savings through reduced consumption of hot metal and additives as well as less refractory wear in the converter.
