济钢精料技术的进步

摘    要:近年来,济钢在精料方面做了大量的工作,如建立混匀料场,对烧结机、球团竖炉进行技术改造,优化烧结用料的结构,加强进厂原料的原理,采用先进的烧结工艺,使用高效弹性共振筛和切焦等,对稳定烧结矿成分,提高烧结矿质量,稳定熟料率,降低入炉粉末的含量起到了积极的作用。

Abstract:Ji'nan Steel's burden preparation works during last few years are as follows: building blending yard, modifying sinter machine and pellet shaft furnace, optimizing the material composition of sintering,strengthening the management of material ,adopting low carbon thick-bed sintering, applying elastic resonance vibrating screen and coke cutting machine. The burden preparation works play a positive role to stabilize sinter ore composition, to improve sinter ore quality,to increase processed ore rate and to decrease powder proportion.
