| 摘 要： | 近年来，济钢在精料方面做了大量的工作，如建立混匀料场，对烧结机、球团竖炉进行技术改造，优化烧结用料的结构，加强进厂原料的原理，采用先进的烧结工艺，使用高效弹性共振筛和切焦等，对稳定烧结矿成分，提高烧结矿质量，稳定熟料率，降低入炉粉末的含量起到了积极的作用。

| Abstract: | Ji'nan Steel's burden preparation works during last few years are as follows: building blending yard, modifying sinter machine and pellet shaft furnace, optimizing the material composition of sintering,strengthening the management of material ,adopting low carbon thick-bed sintering, applying elastic resonance vibrating screen and coke cutting machine. The burden preparation works play a positive role to stabilize sinter ore composition, to improve sinter ore quality,to increase processed ore rate and to decrease powder proportion. |
