GA—LSSVM模型在粉煤灰混凝土强度预测中的应用

摘    要:为了更好地预测粉煤灰混凝土强度,将遗传算法和LSSVM相结合,建立了粉煤灰混凝土强度预测的GA—LSSVM智能模型.该模型既利用了LSSVM求解速度快、易于描述非线性关系的优良特性,又利用了GA强大的全局搜索能力,克服了人工搜索的盲目性,增强了模型的适应性.计算结果表明,该模型的计算精度较好.

Abstract:In order to take preferable prediction for fly ash concrete strength,based on least squares support vector machines (LSSVM) and genetic algorithms (GA),the GA-LSSVM Intelligence model is established for fly ash concrete strength prediction. The model not only used the quickly solving speed and the excellent characteristics for describing non-linear problem of LSSVM, but also used the powerful global search performance of GA. Thus, the blindness of manual search for LSSVM model parameters was conquered and the adaptability of LSSVM model was advanced. The computable results show that the calculated precision of model is satisfied.
