闪光对焊机凸轮表面激光强化处理

摘    要:对LM-150型圆环链闪光对焊机中的GCrl5钢“镶块凸轮”的镶块进行了高能激光束处理,分析了其显微组织,并测试了其硬度和使用寿命。试验表明,经激光处理后的凸轮镶块的表面硬度可达67~68HRC,其使用寿命提高了1倍以上。

Abstract:A surface laser hardening test was carried out on the inserted block cam made of GCrl5 steel,which used in the LM-150 flash butt welding machine for round link chain. Its microstructure was observed,and the hardness and the service life were tested. The results show that the surface hardness of the inserted block cam can reach 67 -68HRC and its service life is enhanced more than one time after laser hardening.
