| 摘 要： | 指出面对国外强劲的对手 ,面对“入世”后带来的机遇和挑战 ,建立一整套适合世贸组织规则的现代企业制度已成为当务之急。针对“入世”后我国国有企业存在的问题 ,提出了要遵循市场经济规律深化企业制度改革 ,依靠技术进步增强竞争能力 ,建立新思维努力提高企业经营管理水平等解决对策

| Abstract: | The thesis points out that facing on overseas powerful opponents and opportunities and challenges after China's accession to WTO(World Trade Organization),the urgent matter at present is to establish a perfect modern enterprise system which adapts to the rules and regulations of WTO.In view of existing problems of SOE after the accession of WTO,the author proposes some countermeasures,such as the reform of enterprise system should be deepened in terms of market economic pattern,competitive capability shall be strengthened by way of technological innovation and new thinking concept shall be established in order to upgrade enterprise's business and management level. |
