| 摘 要： | 探讨了采用常规PET短纤维生产工艺路线生产阳离子染料可染有光涤纶短纤维的生产工艺条件,结果表明:干燥工艺、纺丝温度、冷却成形条件、后拉伸倍数和拉伸温度等因素直接影响阳离子染料可染涤纶短纤维的质量。

| Abstract: | The technology condition producing cation-dyeable bright polyester staple is studied by convontional PET staple process.The trial production result shows that the drying technology,spinning temperature,condition of cooling forming,after stretching ratio and stretching temperature effect the quality of cation-dyeable PET staple fiber. |
