摘    要:以间苯二酚和4-酮-3-甲酸甲酯吡啶盐酸盐为原料,通过两步反应,合成了标题化合物,并对其进行了表征。

Abstract:3-(4-Fluorobenzyl)-8-hydroxy-(1,2,3,4)-tetrahydrochromeno3,4-c]pyridin-5-one was prepared from resorcinol and methyl-4-oxo-3-piperidine carboxylate hydrochloride through two reactions and their structures were confirmed by elemental analysis,IR,~1HNMR) and ESI-MS spectra.
