摘    要:设置少量抗震墙的框架结构是一种特殊形式的框架结构,我国新的GB50011—2010《建筑抗震设计规范》及JGJ3—2002《高层建筑混凝土结构技术规程》虽然对该结构体系的抗震计算方法及抗震设计要求有一些明确规定,但仍存在诸多不确定因素,使其在实际工程设计中存在较大的随意性。本文从实际工程设计中框架结构设置少量抗震墙的根本目的出发,运用框架与抗震墙协同工作原理,明确了设置少量抗震墙的框架结构体系的概念。在此基础上,结合新的GB50011—2010《建筑抗震设计规范》中有关设置少量抗震墙的框架结构的相关规定,对该结构体系在地震剪力计算方法及地震剪力分布特征、结构抗震设防体系、抗震等级、抗震构造措施、最大适用高度、层间位移角等方面的抗震设计进行了分析,以供实际工程设计参考。

Abstract:Setting a small amount of shear wall frame structure is one kind of special form frame structure. Although the calculation method and requirements of seismic design of building were clearly defined to the structural system in "Code of Seismic Design of Buildings" ( GBS0011--2010 ) and "technical specification for concrete structures of tall building " ( JGJ3--2002 ). Exiting many uncertainties factor can cause engineering design arbitrary in practice. In this paper,from the practical engineering of designing frame structure plus a small amount of shear wall, combined with the new "Code of Seismic Design of Buildings" (GBS0011--2010). We analysed the exiting uncertain factor of setting a small amount of shear wall, in relation to design procedures, uncertainty of concept quantitative ; uncertainty of seismic force calculation, seismic fortification system, seismic grades, details of seismic design, seismic design and the biggest height, layer displacement angle design and so on. We expecting that conclusion and supply some good reference for practical engineering design.
