摘    要:油田稠油废水经传统大孔弱酸树脂软化工艺处理后,仍残留微量二、三价金属离子。运行实践表明,这些阳离子仍可与硅结合易引起热采锅炉结垢的问题。为了省却费用高昂的传统除硅工艺,研究了螯合树脂深度去除稠油废水中残留的微量高价态阳离子的技术,通过单一树脂和混合树脂的静态吸附试验比较了不同螯合树脂深度软化工艺技术对金属阳离子的去除效果。结果表明,单独使用IER-200螯合树脂对辽河油田3种稠油废水的处理效果最佳。

Abstract:There are still trace amount of divalent and trivalent metal ions in oil field wastewater after the traditional softening treatment by the macroporous weak acid resin.Operation shows that the residual metal ions can easily combine with silicon,which caused the problem of the thermal recovery boiler fouling.To abandon the expensive silicon removal process,in this paper,the technology to deep remove the trace amount of high valence cations by the chelating resin is been studied.And through a single resin and mixed resin adsorption experiments,different softening technologies of chelating resin are compared by removal of metal ions.It’s determined that alone using IER-200 chelating resin for three kinds of heavy oil in Liaohe oil field wastewater works best.
