公共建筑能源消耗定额的研究

给出了现阶段的建筑能源消耗指标,分析了建筑能耗与建筑功能、空调采暖冷热源、人员密度的相关性和既有公共建筑的节能潜力,探讨了确定建筑能耗的模拟方法。借助模拟软件DesignBuilder,给出了不同建筑功能的节能工况、20世纪80年代工况的能耗指标。研究了建筑能耗定额的制定方法,给出了现阶段公共建筑的能源消耗定额。

The research of public building energy consumption quota

The article gives building energy consumption index at the current stage, analyzes the relevance of building function, cold and heat source of air conditioning and heating, personnel density and building energy consumption, analyzes energy-saving potential of existing public buildings, and then discusses the simulation method of building energy consumption. Further, with the simulation software DesignBuilder, the paper gives energy consumption indexes of energy saving working conditions of different building function and working condition in the 80＇s of last century. Finally,the paper studies the formulate method of building energy consumption quota, gives energy consumption quota of public bnildings at the present stage.
