公伯峡水电站发电引水压力管道设计

摘    要:公伯峡水电站引水压力管道为直接敷设在地基面上的钢衬钢筋混凝土管道,管道按结构力学弹性中心法进行了钢衬、钢筋应力计算,结果满足结构要求。通过三维有限元计算分析,5条压力管道在进水口分缝处及上游副厂房和主厂房分缝处均取消了伸缩节,用可适应微小变形的弹性垫层伸缩管代替。

Abstract:The Power System Penstock of Gongboxia Hydropower Station, arranged on the ground directly, is steel lined reinforced concrete penstock. This article mainly represents analysis for penstock design, including layout design, structural design and design of canceling expansion joint. It proves that stresses of steel lining and reinforcement, calculated with method of elastic center, satisfy the requirements of structural design. From the result of 3D finite element analysis, it is completely feasible that expansion joint is superseded by penstock with cushion course which can adapt to microdeformation at joints between 5 penstocks and Power Intakes and joints between upstream auxiliary room and power house.
