在硫酸体系中高电流密度下活性涂层钛阳极的研究

摘    要:研究了一种贵金属涂层钛阳极,它由钛基体,中间保护层和表面活性层组成,它适用于酸性溶液,特别是硫酸体系电解液中高电流密度下的放氧反应过程,本文报导了电要制备和涂层筛选,电极极化曲线和强化寿命试验表明,此电极涂层具有高放氧催化活性,强抗腐蚀性和长使用寿命,用于铜箔电解和表面处理过程中能改善操作和提高产品质量。

Abstract:The titanium anode coated by a noble metal,which is composed of the titanium substrate,a protective intermediate layer and a surface active layer,has been prepared. It is applicable to acid solution,especially to the oxygen evolution reaction(OER)in the electrolytes in the sulphuric system under high current densities. In this paper,the preparation of the electrode and the choice of coating layers are gived.The electrode polarization curves and the strengthened lifetime tests indicate that this coated anode has the advantages of high electrocatalystic activitis for OER, strong resistance to corrosion and high working lifetime.When this anode is applied in the copper foil electrolysis and the surface treatment process, the operation and the product quality can be improved.
