DCP调制器的设计实现

摘    要:
数据采集平台(DCP)调制器是利用卫星资源进行数据采集的关键设备。介绍了DCP调制器主要功能及基本组成,详细介绍了接口单元、调制单元的实现方案及关键技术要求。针对复杂的环境使用条件,提出了针对性的电源解决方案。通过设计样机的联试,验证了该设计方案的可行性。DCP调制器将实时采集的数据定时通过卫星转发传榆到地面控制中心,广泛服务于气象、水文、水利、海洋、航运、远洋捕捞、环境监测、地震检测等领域。

Abstract:
Data Collect Platform (DCP) modulator is a key equipment of data collection by using the satellite. This paper mainly introduces the main function and fundamental composition of DCP modulator. An implementation scheme of interface unit and modulator unit is introduced. Based on the complex environment, the paper expounds the design of power unit. The test result shows that the design is feasible. DCP modulator can transmit real-timing data through satellite to the control center, and it can be widely used in weather report, hydrology, irrigation works, ocean transport, deep-sea halieutics, environmental monitoring, seismic surveillance, etc.
