| 摘 要： | 主要阐述15CrMoR(H)+0Cr18Ni10Ti复合钢板的焊接、封头的热压成形及其力学性能恢复。通过分析15CrMoR(H)和0Cr18Ni10Ti的焊接性.探讨异种钢焊接时存在的问题。选择适宜的焊接材料、合适的焊接接头坡口型式及合理的焊接工艺;通过采用正火加回火的热处理工艺恢复了热压封头的综合力学性能.更好地保证丁设备的制造质量。

| Abstract: | Mainly demonstrates the welding of 15CrMoR(H)+0Cr18Ni10Ti compound steel plate,thermal pressing of its head as well as the recovery of its mechanical properties.By analyzing the weldability of 15CrMoR(H)and 0Cr18Ni10Ti,discusses the problems existing in the welding of profile steel,and selects suitable welding material,proper welding groove and reasonable welding process.Positive and backfire thermal treatments are used to recover the comprehensive mechanical properties of thermal pressed head to ensure the quality of the equip- ment. |
