摘    要:对MK-150/250冷轧机的四辊组合孔型制法进行了分析和实验研究,设计了用该轧机轧制钛棒的孔型及辅助导板,通过试验得到理想的钛方、矩形棒和圆棒,并对该轧机与肚辊轧机现任中轧制方法的轧件力学性能做了比较和理论分析,说明四辊轧制受力状态对轧件的抗拉强度和延经的影响。

Abstract:The rolling process in the 4 roll MK 150/250 cold rolling mill is discussed and analysised. Considered are the pass schedule and the design of the assistant guide plate for Ti bars, ideal square, rectangular and round Ti bars have been obtained. Based on experimental results and theoretical analysis, the influence of rolling load on the tensile strength and elongation of the bars is discussed in detail.
