| 摘 要： | 本文分析了从20世纪20年代末至今上海高层住宅的发展历程，并以典型上海高层住宅案例为分析对象，通过研究朝向、交通、消防等方面，归纳出廊式、塔式、单元式3种典型平面类型的发展特点，以期对高层住宅平面的设计有所帮助。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the development of high-rise residential buildings since the end of 1920＇s in Shanghai; and selects the typical high-rise apartment in Shanghai as the case of the comparison, reach the characteristics of the development of the tower-type, gallery, combined the three typical-unit planes in aspect of orientation, transport,fire and so on, in order to offer help to the high-rise residential fiat design. |
