基于阵列式感光模块的太阳光自动跟踪系统

摘    要:设计了一个能够自动跟随太阳光照射角度变化的随动系统。该系统以STM32为核心控制芯片,其机械结构具有两个自由度,能够调节集光平面东南西北四个方向的朝向;其控制系统利用特制的阵列式感光模块对太阳光的入射角度进行检测,并根据处理后信号控制执行机构运动,使太阳能利用设备的集光平面始终垂直于太阳光线,从而提高该设备的太阳能利用率。该系统具有精度高、反应快、成本低等优点。

Abstract:The system designed in this paper is a servo system which can automatically follow the track of the sunlight. It employs STM32 as it's core control chip, and has a kind of mechanical structure with tow-freedom degrees, which supports to ad- just the light collection platform face to east/west~south north directions respectively ;It's control unit uses a special array photosen- sitive module to detect the incident angle of sunlight, controlling the actuator to run according to the processed detection signal to make the light collection platform of solar equipment be always perpendicular to the sunlight to improve the solar energy utilization of this equipment. This system has high accuracy, fast response and low cost.
