Under the background of current resource saving society, energy saving technologies have become important means of architectural design, and the reconstruction of the old factory with energy-saving technologies has its own characteristics. According to the climatic conditions in the region, the building energy efficiency in the project is analyzed. A project is expounded on the utilized energy saving technologies with concrete details. The main energy efficient technologies and strategies for building retrofitting were discussed from envelope, architectural space, ventilation system and ecological compensation. It provides the demonstration and reference for the application of energy -efficient technologies in retrofitting old factory.
