紫绒脱色预处理工艺优化

摘    要:为了改善紫绒脱色预处理后单纤维断裂伸长度率低,处理效果差的问题,在预处理阶段对亚铁盐体系进行改进,并将改进后的3种脱色活化体系应用于紫绒的脱色预处理.从白度及手感两项指标优选出最佳活化体系及工艺,并将此最优工艺与传统工艺的脱色效果及单纤维拉伸断裂性能进行比较.结果表明,最佳活化体系由SA、WFE与Na2SO3(质量比为3∶3∶1)组成,其最佳用量为20%(owf).采用该工艺进行脱色预处理的紫绒白度、手感均较好,且单纤维断裂强力与传统工艺相当,单纤维断裂伸长率明显提高.

Optimization of decolouring pretreatment process of purple cashmere
Abstract:To improve the low elongation of single fiber and poor treatment effect of purple cashmere after decolouring pretreatment,the ferrous salt system was improved at pretreatment stage,three improved activated systems were applied to decolouring pretreatment process.The optimum decolouring activation system and process were determined from the whiteness and handle feeling test,then the decolourization effect and single fiber tensile fracture performance of optimum process are compared with traditional process.The results show that the optimal activation system is made of SA,WFE and Na2 SO3 (mass ratio 3 ∶ 3 ∶ 1),and the optimum dosage is 20%(owf).The purple cashmere treated by this optimum decolouring pretreatment has better whiteness and handle feeling,it is close to the traditional process in single fiber strength,and the elongation of single fiber could be improved obviously.
