摘    要:以不同的氧化物为载体,采用共沉淀法制备一系列Cu-Co/MO_x(MO_x=Al_2O_3,ZnO,ZrO_2,MgO)催化剂.采用X射线衍射(XRD)、N2物理吸附-脱附(BET)等手段对催化剂进行表征,在T=450℃、P=6MPa、GHSV=6 000h-1、H_2∶CO=2∶1的反应条件下考察载体对催化剂合成低碳醇的影响.结果表明,载体的类型显著影响Cu-Co基催化剂上CO加氢反应的性能,与其他氧化物为载体的催化剂相比,Cu-Co/ZrO_2催化剂具有较高的反应活性和低碳醇选择性,CO转化率达到44.1%,且产物中C_2~+醇含量相对较高,占总醇含量的37.1%.

Effect of supports on synthesis of high alcohols by Cu-Co based catalyst
Abstract:A series of supported Cu-Co/MOx (MOx =Al2O3,ZnO,ZrO2,MgO) catalysts were prepared by co-preci itation method with different oxides as carriers.The catalysts were characterized by XRD,BET and other means,and the effects of the carrier on the synthesis of low carbon alcohols were investigated under the reaction conditions of T=450℃,P =6MPa,GHSV=6 000h-1 and H2 ∶ CO=2 ∶ 1.The results showed that the type of supporter significantly affect the performance of Cu-Co based catalyst on CO hydrogenation reactions.Compared with other oxide supported catalysts,Cu-Co/ZrO2 catalyst has higher reaction activity and lower alcohol selectivity,the conversion rate of CO is 44.1 %,and the selectivity of G+ OH in the product is 37.1%.
