精馏塔出气带液对系统的影响

生产负荷提高后,精馏塔带液严重,使低压甲铵液中的尿素含量增加,引起低压甲铵冷凝器结晶、甲铵泵气蚀、精馏塔甲铵分解率下降等现象,严重影响安全生产。在精馏塔进料喷头上方增设伞形挡板,可以减少精馏塔带液量。

Effect of Liquid Entrainment of Outlet Gas from Rectification Column

With the increase in production load,there is heavy liquid entrainment from the rectification column,resulting in a rise in urea content in the low-pressure ammonium carbamate solution,bringing about the cold crystallization of the low-pressure carbamate,cavitation erosion of the carbamate pump,and a decrease in decomposition of the carbamate in the rectification column,thereby impairing safety in production.By the addition of an umbrella-shaped baffle above the feed sprayer in the column,the liquid entrainment from the column can be diminished.
