摘    要:QDB-04耐硫变换催化剂具有活性稳定性高和有机硫水解性能好等特点。介绍了QDB-04催化剂的工业侧线试验和应用情况。实践证明,在催化剂装量基本相同、气量增加40%的条件下,其出口CO体积分数至少可降低1%,能满足合成氨扩产改造的要求。

Abstract:Type QDB-04 sulfur-tolerant shift conversion catalyst displays the characteristics of high stability of its activity and satisfactory organic sulfur hydrolysis performance.An introduction is given to on industrial side-line experiment and use of the catalyst.Practical results prove that,when the catalyst charge is essentially the same,and the gas volume is increased by 40%,the CO content of the exit gas may be reduced by 1%,able to meet the requirement for the extention reform of the ammonia plant.
