改造磷酸贮槽提高磷铵产品质量

近年来,由于国内磷矿市场需求量逐年增大,造成磷矿石品位降低,直接影响成品磷酸的纯度,进而影响磷铵产品质量。根据实际生产情况,通过将浓磷酸贮槽改造成具有沉降功能的沉降槽,降低了磷酸中杂质含量,改善了成品磷酸的质量,提高了磷铵产品质量。

In recent years,as the demand for phosphate rock on the domestic market has been increasing year by year,the grade of phosphate rock declines,directly affecting the purity of the phosphoric acid product and then the quality of the ammonium phosphate product.In line with the actual production conditions,the concentrated phosphoric acid storage tank is retrofitted to become a settling tank with sedimentation functions,so as to reduce the impurity content in the phosphoric acid,and improve the quality of the phosphoric acid product and that of the ammonium phosphate product.
