Stability test for two-dimensional recursive digital filters using inner determinants

A recently introduced stability criterion for two-dimensional digital filters is implemented by decision algebra. The proposed test takes the form of a local positivity test applied to a two-variable polynomial with real coefficients. Two non-trivial examples are given to illustrate the procedure.
