智能配电网拓扑信息的分布式存储和管理方法

摘    要:提出一种适用于智能配电网分布式保护和控制系统的网络拓扑信息存储和拓扑管理方法。每个智能配电终端仅需配置安装处的基本拓扑信息,通过制定有序的广播通信策略可自动完成相邻配电终端信息的获取和拓扑逻辑层的划分,实现局部拓扑的识别,为快速的保护和控制功能提供所需的拓扑支撑。基于局部拓扑识别结果生成拓扑最小连接树,以拓扑最小连接树为基本单元确定代理终端,提出了基于代理节点的网络拓扑简化方法,为需要大范围拓扑信息支撑的功能提供拓扑信息的获取和管理方法。以智能配电网分布式故障自愈系统功能的实现为例,对智能配电网拓扑信息分布式存储和管理方法的应用进行了分析。

Abstract:A distributed topology information storage and management method is proposed for the smart distribution network protection and control system. Each intelligent distribution terminal only needs to configure the basic topology information of the installation. Information of the adjacent terminals and division of the topological logic layer can be automatically acquired to complete the local topology identification through the orderly broadcast communication strategy, thereby providing the required topology to support the protection and control functions. Based on the local topology identification result, the minimum connection tree is generated for use as the basic unit to determine the agent terminal. A topology simplifying method based on the agent node is proposed to provide topology information acquisition and management to functions needing large-scale topology information. Taking the realization of distributed fault self-healing system as an example, the application of distributed topology information storage and management method for intelligent distribution network is analyzed.
