BP神经网络在基于铁谱技术的磨损状态评价体系中的应用

摘    要:根据智能化铁谱状态监测的要求,将对设备磨损状态反应比较敏感的三个定量铁谱参数作为输入参数,应用BP神经网络对设备的磨损状态进行了自动识别。经过现场验证,此方法结合定性铁谱分析可以较准确地评判设备的磨损状态级别。

Abstract:In the light of the need of intellectualized ferrographic technology,three quantitative parameters which are sensitive to wear condition were chosen as input parameters,then BP neutral network was applied to auto-analyze wear condition of machine.On the basis of practice,this method combines with qualitative ferrographic analysis can evaluate the wear condition degree of machine accurately.
