摘    要:本文研究了复合磷酸盐改性水玻璃粘结剂的制备及其型砂的混碾工艺和性能。试验结果表明,在水玻璃中加入磷酸盐、有机物K,提高了型砂的常温强度,降低了高温残强,改善了水玻璃砂的溃散性。

Abstract:This paper deals with the preparation of composite phosphate modified sodium silicate binders and sand mined method and its properties. The results of experiments show that phophate, organism K can be improved the ordinary temperature strength and lower the high temperature retained strength of silicates sand mixture, improving its collapsibility.
