油气弹簧节流阀片设计与研究

摘    要:对油气弹簧节流阀片厚度和节流缝隙设计进行了深入研究,对如何根据阻尼比设计油气弹簧的阻尼系数,如何根据阻尼力系数设计油气弹簧开阀阻尼力和开阀压差,如何由开阀压力差设计油气弹簧节流阀片厚度进行了研究。给出了节流阀片弯曲变形力学模型,并且提出了设计的阀片厚度弯曲变形系数法。对节流缝隙设计进行了研究,对所设计的油气弹簧阻尼特性进行了仿真分析,最后对油气弹簧进行了室内阻力特性试验。

Abstract:A deep study had been carried out on the design of the thickness of throttle valve plate of oil pneumatic spring and of throttle chink. This paper also carried out research on how to design the damping coefficient of oil pneumatic spring according to damping ratio, the damping force and the pressure difference for opening the valve of oil-pneumatic spring in accordance with coefficient of damping force, and on how to design the throttle valve plate thickness of oil- pneumatic spring by means of pressure difference for opening the valve, Mechanics model for bending deformation of throttle valve plate was presented and creatively put forward the coefficient method of bending deformation for the design of valve plate thickness. A study on the design of throttle chink has been carried out; a simulative analysis on the damping characteristics of all oil-pneumatic springs has been conducted, and finally the laboratory test on characteristics of resistance was performed on the being designed oil-pneumatic spring.
