摘    要:利用电喷雾正负离子多级串联质谱相结合的方法 ,并结合皂苷部分醇解产物和皂苷元的质谱数据 ,鉴定了木鳖子皂苷的结构 ,推断了木鳖子皂苷的电喷雾质谱机理

Abstract:Momordica saponin I from Semen Momordicae has been rapidly identified by a combination of ESI-MS n methods in both the positive and negative ion mode. The degradation products Ip and sampgenin Ig of momordica sapoinin I were also analyzed by ESI-MS to confirm the structure of saponin I. The ESI-MS mechanisms of saponin I were also proposed based on the mass spectro data.
