整体经济效益最优控制方法

本文提出了整体经济效益最优的动静态耦合的优化控制一体化方法，它在传统的两级优化控制结构中加入一层协调级，能有效地克服以往优化级撇开控制能量代价不计的缺陷。特别是一体化系统通过调级从控制层向优化层引入反馈，使得由于过程自身动态因素对操作点的制约，能有效地通知到优化层，避免了优化的盲目性和片面性。各个层次之间通过公用数据库交换数据，使它们的决策与目前生产过程的实际情况密切联系。

An integrated economic benefit optimal control

A method of integrated optimization and control system for solving the economic benefitcoupling between the static stage and the dynamic process is presented. A coordination level in thismethod is added to the traditional two - level on - line optimization system,which is able toeffectively prevent the optimization unilaterally raising the operating point without consideration ofthe control energy consumption. Particularly,feedback from the control level to the optimizationlevel,through the coordation introduced by the integrated system,makes the operation optimizationeffectively notify the constraintS to operating points due to process dynamics,while avoiding theblindness and one - sideness of optimization. As each level exchanses data with the other through apublic database,the proposed decision procedure is closely related to the real process.
