摘    要:研究了以淀粉,二氧化锡和三氧化铝为分散相颗粒,以非油类的环氧树脂为母液的悬浮液,在交流电场作用下的电流变效应及其影响因素,如电场强度,悬浮液浓度,颗粒粒径等,还研究了漏电流密度及其影响因素,实验表明,以环氧树脂为母液的悬浮液具有明显的电流变效应,非油类的环氧树脂可作为电流变液的母液。

Abstract:The electorheological effects of the suspensions which use starch, stannum dioxide and aluminum trioxide as dispersed particles respectively and use non-oil epoxy resins as host liquid are studied through viscosity at ac electric field, and the current density of the suspensions are experimentally investigated as well The influential factors on ER effect and current density are discussed too The experimental results show that the suspensions based on epoxy resins take on obvious electrorheological effect and the probable use of non-oil epoxy resins as a kind of host liquid of electorheological fluids is presented
