摘    要:通过微波法进行液态离子交换对NaY分子筛进行改性,采用静态实验对不同吸附剂的脱硫性能进行了考察,筛选出Ce(Ⅳ)-Y吸附性能最好。采用固定床技术对Ce(Ⅳ)-Y的吸附脱硫能力进行了研究,同时运用程序升温脱附法(TPD)和频率响应方法(FR)对吸附脱硫机理进行了进一步探讨。采用微波法进行离子交换改性后的Ce(Ⅳ)-Y分子筛的离子交换度与传统水热法比较有明显提高,吸附容量较NaY有显著提高。

Abstract:NaY zeolite was modified by liquid-phase ion-exchange under microwave and its behaviors in selective adsorptive desulfurization of fuel were investigated. Ce(Ⅳ)-Y zeolite exhibited the best behaviors. Mechanism for adsorptive removal of thiophene over Ce(Ⅳ)-Y was studied by temperature-programmed desorption (TPD) and frequency response (FR) techniques. Ce(Ⅳ)-Y zeolite prepared by microwave method showed remarkably higher ion-exchange degree than that of NaY zeolite prepared by traditional hydrothermal method, with enhanced sulfur adsorption capacity.
