摘    要:飞灰含碳量的在线监测控制,是提高电站锅炉运行经济性的重要手段,失重法飞灰测碳作为经典的测量方法,已应用于生产实践,由于该系统的执行机构需在恶劣的工况下,进行采样及清灰等一系列反复动作,对其可靠和稳定的运行产生了较大影响,拟采用实测与预测验证的控制模式。对该系统进行了软、硬件设计,并将其应用到在线飞灰测碳仪上。仿真结果表明,整套模型预测精度能够满足工程精度要求,在硬件控制方面,因加入了软件预测系统,能逐渐减少机械系统的动作频率,可延长整个系统的使用寿命。

Abstract:The online monitoring against the fly ash carbon content is an important means to increase the operational economy for a power plant boiler. The weight-loss method for fly ash carbon is an accepted classic measuring method, which has been applied to practical production. The system needs to do series of repeated action in the executive institutions such as sampling, burning, weighing, cleaning, which has great influence to its reliability and stability. It is proposed to use the combination of the measured and forecast model. While the traditional BP is not suitable for the ash carbon content online prediction. This paper, by using the classification of LVQ network and combining the nonlinear fitting ability of BP network in the hardware and software design, is applied onto the on-line measurement instrument against the fly ash carbon. The simulation results show that the prediction precision can meet the engineering accuracy. Hardware control forecast system according to the software can gradually reduce the frequency of the action in the mechanical system,which provides a method to prolong the service life of the whole system.
