风幕对冷藏车性能影响的仿真分析和试验研究

摘    要:通过CFD仿真分析了风幕在开门时对冷藏车保温性能的影响,并对一种新开发的带外吸风方式风幕机的冷藏车的性能进行了测试,测试结果表明:在冷藏车门处设置风幕机可以减小冷藏车卸货过程中由于开门造成的能量损失,与不设置风幕机的冷藏车相比,可明显降低冷藏箱内平均温度的上升速率。

Abstract:Through CFD simulation analysis, the performance of refrigerated-car affected by air curtain when the door opens is investigated, The performance of a new-designed refrigerated-car affected by air curtain was tested, The results show that air curtain above the door of refrigerated-car can reduce energy loss during goods discharging. The rising rate of average temperature in refrigerated box with air curtain is less than that without air curtain.
