淀粉接枝MA共混LLDPE可降解薄膜研究

摘    要:将α-淀粉酶降解淀粉在引发剂硝酸铈铵的作用下与丙烯酸甲酯接枝生成共聚物,用该共聚物与线型低密度聚乙烯熔融混炼制成可降解薄膜,通过力学性能测试、扫描电镜、热失重分析和降解性能实验等对其进行表征。结果表明:该可降解薄膜具有较好的力学性能和热稳定性,在微生物作用下,具有较好的可降解性。

Abstract:The degradable starch treated by α-amylase was grafted onto methyl acrylate to produce graft copolymer initiated by ammonium cerous nitrate,the degradable film was produced by molten mixing the above copolymer and linear low density polyethylene,the properties of the degradable film were characterized by means of mechanical property testing,SEM,TG analysis and degradation experiment. The results show that the degradable film performs good mechanical property,heat stability and degradability by decomposition of microbe.
