井下套管阀阀芯设计与室内试验

摘    要:井下套管阀是全过程欠平衡钻井的核心工具之一,国内尚处于研究和试验阶段,尤其是对套管阀阀芯的研究尚未完全成熟。研制了一种井下套管阀的阀芯,取得了一定的技术突破。采用金属密封和弹性元件密封的复合密封结构,确保密封更为可靠;设置了双弹簧的复位机构,确保阀板复位成功;采用有限元方法对阀板的受力特征进行了分析,根据分析结果对阀芯样机进行了室内承压试验。试验结果表明:阀芯在低压高压条件下密封可靠,25 MPa时阀板强度满足要求。
