摘    要:介绍了LNG储罐用22.1mm壁厚9%Ni钢两种焊接工艺试验的相关情况及技术要求,并对完成的焊接接头进行了常规力学性能试验和分析。针对22.1mm厚9%Ni钢采用林肯NYLOID2Φ3.2mm焊条进行各层焊接或采用林肯NYLOID2Φ3.2mm焊条进行根焊+林肯LNSNiCro60/20Φ1.6mm焊丝匹配林肯P2000焊剂埋弧填充盖面焊,并对获得优质焊接接头提出了相应的技术措施。

Abstract:This article described the details and the relevant technical requirements of two kinds of welding process tests on the construction of LNG storage tank with 22.1 mm wall thickness 9% Ni steel,the conventional mechanical properties functions of the welding joint was also tested and analyzed.For 22.1 mm 9%Ni steel the NYLOID2 Φ3.2 mm Lincoln welding electrode was used to carry out each layer welding or root welding with NYLOID2 Φ3.2 mm Lincoln welding electrode+the filling and cover welding with Lincoln LNS NiCro 60/20 Φ1. 6 mm wire matched with Lincoln flux P2000, these corresponding technical measures could be taken to obtain high-quality welding joint.
